FOR NEW PRODUCTS

• 2-year warranty covering all manufacturer defects
• 1-to-1 replacement within 7 days for any product defects — product must be in original, unused condition
• Exchange within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the product or if the size does not fit your wrist (exchange for a product of equal or higher value — we do not refund the difference if the new product is of lower value)
• First-time complimentary SPA & professional maintenance
• For user-caused damage, we will support you with the repair — only replacement labor/parts cost will be charged

FOR PRE-OWNED PRODUCTS

• 1-year warranty covering manufacturer defects
• Maximum support provided for repairs in case of user-caused damage
